目的了解5.12地震灾后1年极重灾区都江堰市基层医生的心理健康状况及与社会支持之间的关系。方法采用问卷调查法对都江堰市14个基层乡镇卫生院的130名医生进行问卷调查。结果都江堰市区极重灾区的基层医生具有中度以上抑郁所占的比例为16.1%,中度以上焦虑症状所占的比例为8.1%,7.3%的人有自杀的念头但不会真的去自杀,0.8%的人很想自杀,3.2%的人如果有机会就会自杀。社会支持中主观支持分和对支持利用度分与焦虑量表总分呈负相关(P<0.05),支持量表总分与焦虑量表(HAMA)总分呈显著负相关(P<0.01)。结论地震灾后1年都江堰基层医生抑郁和焦虑程度偏高,社会支持水平偏低,加强社会支持可改善灾区基层医生心理健康状况。
Objective To understand the relationship between the mental health of primary doctors in Dujiangyan city and the social support in 5.12 earthquake area after the May 12 earthquake. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 130 physicians in 14 grassroots township hospitals in Dujiangyan City. Results Primary-level doctors in the most seriously affected areas in Dujiangyan City had a moderate to severe depression rate of 16.1%, and those with moderate to moderate symptoms accounted for 8.1% and 7.3%, but they did not really want to commit suicide Suicide, 0.8% of people want to commit suicide, 3.2% of people will commit suicide if they have a chance. There was a negative correlation between subjective support scores and total scores of support utilization and anxiety scale in social support (P <0.05), total negative scores of support scale and total score of anxiety (HAMA) (P <0.01) . Conclusions The level of depression and anxiety of primary doctors in Dujiangyan at one year after the earthquake was high, the level of social support was low, and strengthening social support could improve the mental health status of grassroots doctors in disaster areas.
