女用安全套根据原材料可以分为聚氨酯、天然橡胶及合成橡胶3类。目前女用安全套在中国的使用并不广泛。娱乐场所女性性工作者对女用安全套的防病与避孕的功能有着较高的认同,但因使用感受等因素使使用率较低。而夫妻使用女用安全套熟练后,放入更容易,不良反应发生率更低;金钱男孩(money boy,MB)的女用安全套使用率高于普通男男同性性行为者。影响女用安全套使用的因素包括产品外观及使用感受、人口学因素、性对象的配合及社会支持市场营销等多方面。应该改进产品,扩大宣传、降低价格,开发可行的推广模式促进女用安全套的使用。
Female condoms based on raw materials can be divided into three categories of polyurethane, natural rubber and synthetic rubber. The current use of condoms in China is not widespread. Female sex workers in entertainment venues have a high degree of agreement on the condom prevention and contraception functions of female condoms, but the usage rate is low due to the use of feelings and other factors. However, the use of female condoms by spouses is easier and easier for them to take, and the incidence of adverse reactions is lower; the use rate of female condom in money boys (MB) is higher than that of average gay and lesbian sex workers. Factors affecting the use of female condoms include the appearance of products and their use, demographic factors, coordination of sexual partners and social support marketing. Products should be improved, publicity should be expanded, prices should be lowered, and viable promotion models should be developed to promote the use of female condoms.
