为了贯彻落实《指南》精神,深化幼儿园课程改革,提升保教质量,江苏省提出了幼儿园课程游戏化建设项目,我园非常有幸地加入了这支建设队伍。课程游戏化建设的关键在教师,教师既是课程的实施者,也是课程的建设者。在项目推进的过程中,我们追求的是教师由内而外的专业成长,既要着力用游戏的精神重塑教师的儿童观、教育观和课程观,又要提高教师在课程实施中的实践行动能力。因此,我们努力构建教师学习共同体,让全体教师在承担领导者、互助者、合作者、促进者的过程中,通过网络研讨式学习、观摩互动式学习、问题追踪式学习、互助实践式学习、经验分享式学习等活动实现自己的专业成长。
