[目的]研究TSLC1在结肠腺瘤及结肠癌组织中的表达,探讨TSLC1在结肠腺瘤癌变过程中的作用。[方法]应用免疫组织化学法(SABC)检测结肠癌组织104例、结肠腺瘤组织114例、正常结肠黏膜组织30例中TSLC1蛋白的表达。[结果]TSLC1在正常结肠组织、管状腺瘤、绒毛状腺瘤、结肠癌组中的表达率分别为96.67%、88.57%、63.64%、42.31%。正常结肠组织、管状腺瘤、绒毛状腺瘤至结肠癌中TSLC1阳性表达率呈逐渐下降趋势;中重度异型增生结肠腺瘤中TSLC1阳性表达率明显低于轻度异型增生结肠腺瘤,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]结肠癌组织中TSLC1表达缺失。TSLC1参与正常组织、癌前病变、癌组织的发生、发展,在结肠腺瘤的癌变过程中起着重要的作用。
[Objective] To investigate the expression of TSLC1 in colon adenoma and colon carcinoma and to explore the role of TSLC1 in carcinogenesis of colon adenoma. [Methods] The expression of TSLC1 protein in 104 cases of colon cancer, 114 cases of colon adenoma and 30 cases of normal colonic mucosa was detected by immunohistochemistry (SABC). [Results] The expression rates of TSLC1 in normal colon, tubular adenoma, villous adenoma and colon cancer were 96.67%, 88.57%, 63.64% and 42.31% respectively. The positive rate of TSLC1 in normal colorectal tissue, tubular adenoma, villous adenoma and colon cancer showed a decreasing trend. The positive rate of TSLC1 in moderate and severe dysplasia was significantly lower than that in mild dysplasia Statistical significance (P <0.05). [Conclusion] TSLC1 expression is absent in colon cancer tissues. TSLC1 is involved in the development of normal tissues, precancerous lesions and cancerous tissues and plays an important role in the carcinogenesis of colonic adenomas.
