In January 2013, Wang Qishan, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and secretary of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, once said that it is necessary to profoundly understand the long-term, complex and arduous task of building a clean government and fighting corruption. Adhere to the principle of both the symptoms and the root cause of the symptoms, and at present, we should take the rule of law as the mainstay and win the time as the root cause. After a lapse of more than two years, anti-corruption repeatedly attacked the “tiger”, “flies” one after another and made progress. Results of the next phase of the work should be gradually replaced by a temporary solution to both the root cause and the root cause. However, the rule of law is both an effective form of implementing the transition and an important symbol of the transition. At present, what is the progress of the legalization of anti-corruption in our country? What is the biggest challenge to promote the anti-corruption legalization? How can we promote the anti-corruption legalization? All these are major issues that deserve serious consideration and research. In response to these questions, “China’s Rule of Law Culture” interviewed Mao Zhaohui, director of the Anti-Corruption and Integrity Policy Research Center of Renmin University of China.
