设计一种新型的基于CMOS智能视觉的甲烷检测系统,使甲烷的检测变成数字化处理。该系统由三部分组成,包括光路系统获取条纹信息,CMOS摄像采集干涉条纹以及C2000 DSP核心开发板进行数据处理。核心开发板计算出的甲烷浓度值通过串口通信传输到PC端,以曲线方式显示在由Borland C++编写的窗口程序中。同时,当甲烷浓度值超过一定范围时,核心开发板会进行报警提示。
A new type of methane detection system based on CMOS intelligent vision is designed to make methane detection into digital processing. The system consists of three parts, including the optical system for stripe information acquisition, CMOS camera acquisition interference fringes and C2000 DSP core development board for data processing. The methane concentration values calculated by the core development board are transmitted to the PC through serial communication and displayed in a curve in a window program written by Borland C ++. At the same time, when the methane concentration value exceeds a certain range, the core development board will alarm.
