本文讨论了目前圆柱弹簧强度计算中存在的问题。指出了《引信设计手册》中关于用标准误差传递公式计算剪应力散布中的一个疏漏,提出了相应的修正方法。同时指出,对于引信弹簧,在计算抗力最大散布时,误差传递一般公式的泰勒展开中的△u_i二次项不能忽略,给出了考虑△u_i二次项的计算公式.文中提出了圆柱弹簧强度计算优化方法的数学模型,指出对这类问题用沿边界搜索的坐标轮换法可以得到较快的收速度。给出了它的DJS—8机FORTRAN程序,文末有计算实例。
This article discusses the current problems in the calculation of cylindrical spring strength. It points out an omission in “Fuze Design Manual” about the calculation of shear stress distribution by using standard error transfer formula, and proposes the corresponding correction method. It is also pointed out that for the fuze spring, the △ u_i quadratic term in the Taylor expansion of the error propagation general formula can not be ignored in calculating the maximum dispersion of resistance, and the formula for calculating the quadratic term of Δ u_i is given. The mathematical model of the optimization method is calculated, and it is pointed out that the coordinate rotation method searching along the boundary can get faster receiving speed for such problems.
