目的优选出当归补血汤传统煎煮的最优工艺。方法采用正交设计的实验方法,以当归补血汤的色谱峰信息、最大吸光度值、相对密度和干浸膏得率为考察指标进行综合评价,考察传统煎煮的工艺。结果传统煎煮最佳工艺条件为加水量8倍,加热时间为20min,浸泡时间为30min,煎煮3次。结论采用多指标综合分析,优选出的最佳工艺验证,指标成分含量和综合评分基本稳定,说明工艺较稳定。
Objective To optimize Dangguibuxuetang traditional decoction of the best technology. Methods Orthogonal design of experimental methods, the Dangguibuxuetang the chromatographic peak information, the maximum absorbance value, relative density and dry extract yield as a comprehensive evaluation index to examine the traditional boiling process. Results The optimum conditions of traditional decoction were adding water 8 times, heating time 20min, soaking time 30min, boiling 3 times. Conclusions The multi-index comprehensive analysis, the best selection of the best process validation, index content and comprehensive score of the basic stability, indicating a more stable process.
