4年诉讼,各级劳动保障部门、法院、检察院、人大跑了无数趟,花费近2万元,谢亚鸣为的是确定退休年龄究竟适用身份证还是档案记载。2010年3月5日,安徽省黄山市中级法院终审判决支持适用档案记载。谢亚鸣对此依然不能接受。而此类案件的不断发生及不同判决结果,则显示着档案与身份证关于年龄记载的冲突日益普遍,已到了不得不解决的时候。
