目的 :评价 TECO Coachrome 半自动凝血仪仪器性能 ,并进行有关指标的质量控制。方法 :对仪器进行凝血酶原时间 ( PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间 ( APTT)、纤维蛋白原定量 ( FIB)、凝血酶时间 ( TT)精密度测定及纤维蛋白原的线性分析。 Clauss法和 PT- der测定纤维蛋白原的对比分析。结果 :PT、APTT、FIB、TT精密度 CV值在 1 .0 9%~ 3.81 %之间、批间变异系数 CV<5%。 FIB在 0 .62 8~ 1 0 .0 4 0g/L浓度范围内对数相关 ( r=0 .999) ,各项指标达到要求。Clauss法和 PT- der测定 FIB显示良好的相关性 ( r=0 .949,n=2 1 9,P<0 .0 1 ) ,结论 :TECO Coachrome 半自动凝血仪性能良好 ,结合严格的质量控制 ,能为临床提供可靠的结果。
Purpose: To evaluate the performance of the TECO Coachrome semi-automatic coagulation apparatus and to carry out quality control of related indicators. METHODS: The instrument was assayed for prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), fibrinogen quantitation (FIB), thrombin time (TT) precision, and fibrinogen. Contrast analysis of fibrinogen by Clauss method and PT-der. Results: The precision CV values of PT, APTT, FIB and TT were between 1.09% and 3.81%, and the inter-assay coefficient of variation was CV<5%. The FIB was logarithmic (r=0.999) within the range of 0.62 to 1.04.00g/L, and all indexes met the requirements. The Clauss method and the PT-der measurement FIB showed a good correlation (r=0.949, n=2 19, P<0.01). Conclusion: The TECO Coachrome semi-automatic coagulometer performs well and combines strict quality control. Can provide reliable results for the clinic.
