有观点认为,对医院的补助要根据提供的服务数量、质量及相关成本核算核实补助,以提高服务效率[1]。本文仅就核定医院的服务效率定和提高服务效率问题提出以下拙见。
Some people think that subsidies for hospitals should be verified and verified based on the number of services provided, quality and related costs, in order to improve service efficiency [1].
