Human resource management plays an important role in tapping the potential of employees and promoting the development of enterprises. This article analyzes and studies the importance of human resources training in human resource management of shoe factory and puts forward the countermeasures of strengthening manpower resource management in shoe factory with the purpose to provide support for improving human resource management in shoe factory.
