语言是社会存在的产物。中英语言交际,除通晓两种语言文字外,还必须有深厚的文化功底。英语与汉语中有大量的日常对话,由于地域文化、历史文化、风俗习惯、宗教信仰及历史典故的不同,日常对话也呈现出诸多文化差异。本文通过对日常对话中英汉言语行为的对比研究,试图探讨二者之间的差异,及其所折射出的文化的异质性。研究表明:语言与文化相互渗透、彼此交融,文化体现在具体的言语行为中。 Language is the product of social existence. Chinese and English language communication, in addition to being familiar with both languages, must also have a profound cultural background. There is a great deal of daily conversation between English and Chinese. Due to the difference of geographical culture, history and culture, customs, religious beliefs and historical allusions, there are many cultural differences in daily dialogue. This article attempts to explore the differences between the two and the cultural heterogeneity reflected by the comparative study of speech acts in English and Chinese in daily conversation. Studies show that language and culture are interpenetrated and blended with each other, and culture is embodied in specific speech acts.
