体育教学主要是从事各种身体练习。通过反复练习掌握知识、技术和技能,以达到增强学生体质的目的。它的主要特点是教学活动大部分是在操场上进行,学生直接参与各种身体活动,以达到促进身体发展和增强体质之目的。从教学实践看,体育课教学内容丰富,项目多,动作的难易程度不一,有的还有一定的危险性,而学生的技能水平、机能状况、机体所承受的生理负荷和心理负荷又不尽相同,加上场地、器材等诸多因素的影响和制约,增加了学生完成教学任务的难度。特别是在一些难、险项目的练习时,对学生意志品质更是直接的考验。因此。良好的意志品质在中专体育教学中具有极为重要的意义。应当如何在体育教学中培养学生的良好意志品质呢?
