对多种甲状腺疾病进行了四种甲状腺自身抗体的联合检测。结果显示：自身免疫性甲状腺病表现为多抗体水平中等或显著增高，但有所侧重。非自身免疫性甲状腺疾病抗体水平轻度增高。甲状腺腺瘤与正常对照无差别。本文重点讨论了甲状腺自身抗体检测对甲状腺疾病的病因。鉴别诊断与指导治疗方面的价值
A combination of four thyroid autoantibodies has been tested for multiple thyroid diseases. The results showed that: autoimmune thyroid disease showed moderate or significantly increased levels of polyclonal antibodies, but some emphasis. Non-autoimmune thyroid disease antibody levels slightly increased. Thyroid adenoma no difference with the normal control.
