8月25日上午,国务院发展研究中心副主任侯云春在由中关村资本市场研究会、北京大学金融创新与发展研究中心、中国资本成长论坛组委会主办的“2012·鄂尔多斯达拉特马文化产业发展高峰论坛”上强调,城市化、第三产业和中小企业是未来中国新的最主要的三个经济增长点,应该大力推动其快速发展。侯云春提醒人们对当前的经济增速回落要有理性、客观、冷静的分析。他认为,出现此轮经济增速回落至少有以下四方面的原因。第一,在发生国际金融危机之前,中国正在进行经济结构调整,这个调整并没有到位,并没有结束。这次国际金融危机的爆发,使得这次调整过程中断,现在需要补课。第二,包括中国在内的全球各国在应对
