本文用分析法对R502单级压缩回热循环进行了具体的计算。分析了随过热度的增加对输给被冷却介质的比、节流损、冷凝器损、蒸发器损、压缩机损和回热器损之间的关系;指出随过热度的增加可使整个装置的效率获得提高;压缩机的损系数占整个装置中各设备损系数的首位,因此如何提高压缩机的效率对提高装置的经济性起着主导作用;通过计算和分析,指出回热度选择在50℃左右较为合适,可供设计时参考。
In this paper, the R502 single-stage compression heat recovery cycle is calculated by using the analytical method. The relationship between the ratio of refrigerant to the refrigerant, the throttle, the condenser, the evaporator, the compressor, the compressor and the regenerator is analyzed with the increase of superheating. The increase of heat can improve the efficiency of the whole device. The compressor’s loss coefficient occupy the first place of the loss coefficient of each device in the whole device. Therefore, how to improve the efficiency of the compressor plays a leading role in improving the economy of the device. Calculation and analysis, pointed out that the choice of heat recovery at about 50 ℃ is more appropriate for design reference.
