自从遗传距离(D~2)的概念及其估测方法提出以来,人们在小麦、水稻等农作物上进行了广泛的研究.结果表明遗传距离能够度量品种间的遗传差异,提出了根据D~2大小进行亲本选配的原则和利用D~2预测杂种优势、对亲本材料进行数量分类等.随着遗传距离应用研究的深入,人们更多地提出了遗传距离稳定性的问题,即在不同年份,地理环境和栽培条件下D~2值的大小和聚类结果是否稳定一致的问题.国内外学者对此曾有过一定的研究,我们也研究过同一地点不同年份D~2值的稳定性问题.本试验拟在不同地理环境条件下来研究遗传距离的稳定
