顺德广绣一直以来走的都是实用品的发展道路,在外部环境影响下几经起伏。现代环境对传统广绣提出了新的要求,顺德富德工艺品有限公司(前身是顺德刺绣总厂)通过生产管理方式的变革努力去适应新的环境与需求,不仅使顺德的广绣生存了下来,而且获得了新的发展。它的成功经验对于广绣的保护与发展具有重大的意义,对传统手工艺的保护也具有一定的启发。本文将以非物质文化遗产生产性保护理论为基础分析富德广绣生产的成功经验。
