知识经济时代下,掌握知识资本的知识型员工已经成为企业的宝贵资源。本文指出知识型员工有着其独特的行为特点,其独特性就不可避免的使之与组织产生这样或那样的冲突,如何对这些冲突进行管理,对企业绩效有着重要的意义。
In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge workers who master knowledge capital have become valuable resources for enterprises. This paper points out that knowledge workers have their own unique behavior characteristics. Their uniqueness inevitably leads to one or the other conflicts with the organization. How to manage these conflicts is of great significance to enterprise performance.
