水稻控水增产技术是根据水稻对水分的要求,分生育阶段对田间水分进行控制.该项技术经过盆栽试验、小区试验及大田中间试验,控水灌溉与同期浅灌中蓄的常规灌水方法对比,早、晚稻年减少灌水21次,省水55.3%,增产粮食7.9%.1994~1995年,该项技术在衡阳、零陵、郴州三地市推广31.53万hm2次,在推广过程中,广大农户乐意应用这项技术.据统计大面积推广,平均每公顷节水225m3,增产粮食990kg。该项技术已被湖南省农业综合开发办公室和省水电厅作为科教兴水兴农的新技术,列入“九五”推广计划,在全省推广.
