目的 监测北京地区流感病毒流行 ,探讨其流行规律及血凝素抗原基因变异特征。方法 在 1998年冬北京地区流感病毒暴发流行期间 ,于首都儿科研究所附属医院门诊及北京市防疫站采集标本进行病毒分离、鉴定 ,并对其中 3株病毒的血凝素重链区 (HA1)进行了核苷酸和氨基酸序列分析。结果 共分离到流感病毒 88株 ,经血清学鉴定为甲 3型。与参考株A/Nanchang/ 933/ 95的核苷酸同源性为 (97.0~ 97.7) % ,氨基酸同源性为 (94.2~ 95 .4) % ;与参考株A/Sydney/ 0 5 / 97的核苷酸同源性为 (98.0~ 98.9) % ,氨基酸同源性为 (96 .4~ 97.6 ) %。结论 本次北京地区流行的流感病毒为甲 3型。与近年国内甲 3流行参考株A/Nanchang/ 933/ 95相比 ,其HA1区发生了较大变异 ,而与国际上新出现的A/Sydney/ 0 5 / 97株相近 ,提示本次流行的毒株可能与国外有共同的起源。这是国内首次报道此次流行变异株的核苷酸序列。
Objective To monitor the prevalence of influenza virus in Beijing and to explore its prevalence and genetic variation of hemagglutinin antigen. Methods The virus was isolated and identified from the outpatient clinic of Capital Institute of Pediatrics and Beijing Epidemic Prevention Station during the epidemic of influenza virus in Beijing in the winter of 1998 and the HA1, Nucleotide and amino acid sequence analysis was performed. Results A total of 88 strains of influenza virus were isolated and serologically confirmed as type A 3. (97.0-97.7)% and amino acid homology (94.2-95.4)% with the reference strain A / Nanchang / 933/95; Nucleotide homology (98.0-98.9)%, amino acid homology (96.4 ~ 97.6)%. Conclusion The influenza virus prevailing in Beijing is Type A 3. Compared with A / Nanchang / 933/95, a domestic popular reference strain A / Nanchang / 933/95 in recent years, there was a large variation in the HA1 region, which is similar to the newly emerged A / Sydney / 0 5/97 strain in the world, Strain may have a common origin abroad. This is the first report of the nucleotide sequence of the popular mutant in China.
