Recently, China National Paper Industry Investment Corporation and Zhanjiang Economic and Technological Development Zone signed a cooperation framework agreement in Guangzhou, with a total investment of 15 billion yuan of high-end paper projects in the sub-Zhanjiang East Island, Guangdong Provincial Party Standing Committee, Executive Vice Governor Xu Shaohua, Zhanjiang Party Secretary Liu Xiaohua, Ma Zhengwu, chairman of China Chengtong Group, witnessed the signing.
