柴油机活塞碰撞气门的原因分析导致柴油发动机活塞碰撞气门的原因较多,主要有以下几点:一是活塞顶平面凸出机体平面超过规定值,即曲柄连杆机构中的机件装配有问题;二是气门运动升程超过原设计值,即配气机构中的配合件有问题;三是柴油发动机配气相位偏差太大,使配气机构与曲柄连杆机构工作不协调,即正时齿轮室的正时齿轮啮合有问题。现就以上三方面原因具体分析如下:
