介绍一种基于网络通信芯片W5100的C8051单片机检测控制系统通信优化方案。针对原有检测控制系统通信不稳定、故障率高等问题进行优化,对系统总体框架和电路组成进行重新设计,实现了通过UDP模式进行组网通信。实践证明:该系统经优化后,通信稳定性和通信能力得到了极大提高,同时大大降低了成本。
This paper introduces a communication optimization program of C8051 single chip microcomputer detection and control system based on W5100 network communication chip. In view of the original detection and control system communication instability, the problem of high failure rate optimization, the overall system framework and circuit components to be redesigned, achieved through the UDP mode of network communications. Practice has proved that: The system is optimized, communication stability and communication capabilities have been greatly improved, while greatly reducing costs.
