目的 探讨Fas、Bax蛋白在胃腺癌中的表达及其与细胞凋亡的关系。方法 采用免疫组织化学ABC法及细胞凋亡TUNEL法检测 48例胃腺癌中Fas、Bax蛋白的表达及细胞凋亡。结果 Fas ,Bax蛋白在高、中分化胃癌中的阳性表达率显著高于低分化胃癌 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;Fas、Bax蛋白在有淋巴结转移癌中的阳性表达率均为 2 3 .8% ,显著低于无淋巴结转移癌的 5 5 .8%和5 1.9% (P <0 .0 5 ) ,Fas蛋白在侵及粘膜及粘膜下层胃癌中的阳性表达率高于侵及浆膜及周围组织的胃癌 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而Bax蛋白与浸润深度无明显关系 ;Fas蛋白与Bax蛋白在胃癌中的表达呈显著相关性 (P <0 .0 5 )。Fas、Bax蛋白阳性组织与Fas、Bax蛋白阴性组织比较 ,前者凋亡指数明显高于后者 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 Fas、Bax异常表达与胃癌的分化、预后有关 ,两者在胃癌中的表达呈相关性 ,并且对细胞凋亡均有重要调节作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of Fas and Bax protein in gastric adenocarcinoma and its relationship with apoptosis. Methods The expression of Fas and Bax proteins and apoptosis were detected in 48 cases of gastric adenocarcinoma by immunohistochemistry ABC method and apoptosis TUNEL method. Results The positive expression rates of Fas and Bax protein in high and moderately differentiated gastric cancer were significantly higher than those in poorly differentiated gastric carcinoma (P < 0.05). The positive expression rates of Fas and Bax protein in lymph node metastasis were 2 3 . 8% was significantly lower than that of 5% and 5.9% (P < 0.05) of non-metastasis lymph node metastases. The positive expression rate of Fas protein in mucosal and submucosal gastric cancer was higher than that of invasive serosa. There was no significant relationship between the Bax protein and the depth of invasion, and the expression of Fas protein and Bax protein in gastric cancer (P < 0.05). Fas and Bax protein positive tissues were compared with Fas and Bax protein negative tissues. The former had a higher apoptotic index than the latter (P < 0.05). Conclusion The abnormal expression of Fas and Bax is related to the differentiation and prognosis of gastric cancer. The expression of Fas and Bax in gastric carcinoma is related to each other and plays an important role in the regulation of apoptosis.
