心导纳法是无创伤性检测心脏功能的常用手段之一。其观察某些疾病心功状态报告已有多篇。将心导纳法用于评价体外膈肌起搏(extranal diaphragmpacing, EDP)治疗肺心病患者心功能状态改变的研究,尚无报道。本文拟将经EDP治疗的肺心病患者导纳法心功能指标做自身对比观察;旨在探讨EDP能否提高心脏收缩能力以及可否降低肺心病患者平均肺动脉压。
Heart admittance method is one of the common means of non-invasive detection of cardiac function. The observation of certain diseases heart state report has been more. The cardiac admittance method for the evaluation of extracorporeal diaphragms (extranal diaphragmpacing, EDP) in patients with cor pulmonale cardiac function changes in the state has not been reported. This paper intends to EDP-treated patients with pulmonary heart disease admittance method of cardiac function indicators to do their own comparative observation; to explore whether EDP can improve cardiac contractility and pulmonary heart disease can reduce the average pulmonary artery pressure.
