本文介绍了宽带薪酬体系的优势,同时也论述了该体系的局限,认为宽带薪酬体系在团队建设、激励员工、响应速度上具有优势,但薪级划分的困难、公众的低接受度和激励物的单一影响了该体系的应用。因此,笔者较详细地阐述了企业应如何结合具体实践运用宽带薪酬体系的问题,认为企业在实践中要根据自身的具体情况和所处环境,科学运用宽带薪酬体系,以充分发挥该体系的积极作用。
This article introduces the advantages of broadband pay system, and also discusses the limitations of the system. It considers that broadband pay system has advantages in team building, staff motivation and response speed, but the difficulty of salary level division, public low acceptance and incentive The single impact of the system’s application.
