人们都愿意自己经常处于欢乐和幸福之中。然而,生活是错综复杂、千变万化的,并且经常发生祸不单行的事。频繁而持久地处于扫兴、生气、苦闷和悲哀之中的人,必然会有健康问题,减损寿命。那么,遇到心情不快时,应采取什么对策呢? 转移思路当扫兴、生气、苦闷和悲哀的事情临头时,可暂时回避一下,努力把不快的思路转移到高兴的思路上去。例如,换一个房间、找一个聊天对象,有意去干一桩活,串串门或上街看看热闹等。“难得糊涂”是对待烦心琐事时改善心情再恰当不过的好办法。
