热力采油是稠油油藏开采的重要采油工艺,其利用热能加热油藏,降低原油粘度,从而提高稠油油藏的采收率,在我国石油开发中起到了重要作用。然而随着油田开发,稠油热采的吞吐周期不断缩短,工艺效果明显降低。因此,本文提出一种新型TN-02型耐高温纳米乳化降粘剂,能够有效乳化原油、改善岩层润湿性,从而提高热采效率。本文通过介绍其在某油田热采的实际应用,进一步证明其有效性,建议在各热采油田广泛采用。
Thermal oil recovery is an important oil recovery process for heavy oil reservoirs. It uses heat energy to heat oil reservoirs and reduce the viscosity of crude oil so as to improve oil recovery of heavy oil reservoirs. It plays an important role in oil exploration in our country. However, with the development of oilfields, the throughput cycle of heavy oil thermal recovery has been continuously shortened, and the process effect has been significantly reduced. Therefore, this paper presents a new type of TN-02 high temperature nano-emulsion viscosity reducer, which can effectively emulsify the crude oil to improve rock wettability, thereby enhancing the efficiency of thermal recovery. In this paper, by introducing its practical application in a field thermal recovery, to further prove its effectiveness, it is recommended that widely used in various thermal recovery fields.
