刑侦部门是公安机关打击犯罪的“拳头”与“尖刀”。如何使“拳头”与“尖刀”最大限度地发挥作用,一直是我们公安机关研究的一大课题。本人结合多年来基层公安工作的实践,试就宁德市刑侦工作改革“高投入”之后,如何有“高产出”的社会效果作一探究。
The criminal investigation department is the “fist” and “sharp knife” of the public security organs in cracking down crimes. How to maximize “fist” and “sharp knife” has always been a major issue for our public security organ. In light of the practice of grassroots public security work for many years, I try to explore the social effects of “high output” after the “high input” of criminal investigation work in Ningde City.
