一、前言烧结过程中热能的利用效率是很低的。对于有热矿冷却的烧结工艺系统,由冷却废气带走的热量据估计约占烧结总热耗量的25~45%,而烧结烟气带走的热量约占12~20%。这么严重的热损失只是到了遇到了“石油冲击”以后及更加追求经济效益的七十年代,才被引起广泛重视。到了八十年代,国内外的烧结工厂的设计师们,几乎都已普遍考虑了“余热利用”项目,使之配套于新建工厂和老厂改造的工程。
First, the preamble sintering process of heat utilization efficiency is very low. For sintering systems with hot ore cooling, the amount of heat removed by the cooling exhaust gas is estimated to account for about 25-45% of the total heat consumption of the sintering and about 12-20% of the heat removed by the sintering flue gas. Such a serious heat loss was only drawn to the attention of the seventies after the “oil shock” and more economic benefits. By the 1980s, almost all designers of sintering plants at home and abroad had generally considered the project of “waste heat utilization” to make them suitable for the construction of new and old factories.
