通过周期浸润腐蚀试验,对比研究了S355J2G3和Q345R低合金钢焊接接头的耐腐蚀性能,并用扫描电镜对腐蚀产物进行了观察和分析。结果表明:在相同试验条件下,S355J2G3钢焊接接头的失重率低于Q345R的;Q345R钢焊接接头表面附着橘红色的疏松麻点状锈层,S355J2G3钢焊接接头表面初期也出现了橘红色的锈层,随着试验的进行,锈层颜色逐渐加深,变为黑褐色,组织较致密;Q345R钢焊接接头的腐蚀产物结构主要为块状和粉末状,形状无规则,同时锈层中存在裂纹和缝隙;S355J2G3钢焊接接头的腐蚀产物为块状和针状。
The corrosion resistance of S355J2G3 and Q345R low-alloy steel welded joints was studied by cyclic wetting corrosion test. The corrosion products were observed and analyzed by scanning electron microscopy. The results show that under the same experimental conditions, the weight loss rate of S355J2G3 steel welded joints is lower than that of Q345R. The orange-red loose pitting rust layer is attached to the surface of welded joints of Q345R steel. The orange-red rust also appears on the surface of welded joints of S355J2G3 steel initially. Layer, as the test progresses, the color of the rust layer gradually deepened, turning dark brown, the organization more dense; Q345R steel welded joint corrosion product structure is mainly massive and powdery, irregular shape, while there are cracks in the rust layer and S355J2G3 steel welded joints of the corrosion products of massive and acicular.
