设计一套0.6~0.7 MPa气压的试验平台,分别进行以下试验:安装限流装置、未装限流装置。在限流装置部位装有机玻璃视筒,分别在限流装置上游、下游以及储气罐上安装三个压力传感器,在水平管段进气管口前安装可记录流量计,这四路信号通过记录仪储存两组试验的时间、压力数值、流量数值及相应的曲线。通过对弹簧行程及上下游压力的观察,验证弹簧装置的刚性值;通过对两组试验压力、流量、试验用时、压力曲线、流量曲线的比对,验证弹簧装置的作用:防止试验过程中下游压力、流量突然增大。
