为了探明平菇对铜胁迫的响应机制,研究了铜胁迫(0~3 000μmol/L)对平菇菌丝膜脂过氧化和抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明,铜胁迫使菌丝硫代巴比妥酸反应物(TBARS)含量升高且具有明显的时间效应和浓度效应。不同抗氧化酶对铜胁迫的响应不同。铜胁迫使菌丝SOD活性和POD活性呈一直上升趋势,而CAT活性则呈现先下降后上升再下降的趋势。
In order to explore the mechanism of the response of Pleurotus ostreatus to copper stress, the effects of copper stress (0-3000 μmol / L) on membrane lipid peroxidation and antioxidant enzyme activities of Pleurotus ostreatus were studied. The results showed that the copper stress increased the mycelial thiobarbituric acid reactant (TBARS) content and had obvious time effect and concentration effect. Different antioxidant enzymes respond differently to copper stress. Under copper stress, the activity of SOD and the activity of POD in mycelium increased continuously, while the activity of CAT increased first and then decreased then decreased.
