利用响应面法建立了转向机构设计变量与系统性能之间函数关系,寻找出最优设计值;结合容差模型得到设计值,求取系统稳健优化值。结果表明,响应面法可以较少的试验次数,准确拟合设计和响应变量的关系。
The response surface method was used to establish the functional relationship between design variables of steering mechanism and system performance to find out the optimal design value. The design value was obtained by the tolerance model, and the system robust optimization value was obtained. The results show that response surface methodology can accurately fit the relationship between design and response variables with fewer trials.
