试验是用3—4年生,四个龄级的美洲落叶松(Larix Laricina)40个无性系,5月至8月中的四个日期采取插穗,并进行扦插,培养基用泥炭土和蛭石的混合物,盛在塑料袋中,插穗用激素处理,间歇喷雾,插穗扦插后记载物候特征。3个月以后进行调查,包括生根插穗的百分率,有主根(长在3厘米以上)的插穗的百分数,每个插穗主根的数目,最长根的长度,茎的物候期。方差分析表明无性系、日期、年龄间达到显著性差异,和交互效应的差异。生根百分数表示的广义遗传力各日期分布为0.27至0.4;生根的平均值,四个日期分布为48—77%。生根最好的为7月22日采的插穗,该插穗是当年生枝,基部已木质化,芽也开始膨大。实际生产中,7月扦插生根太晚了,幼苗在室外不好过冬;因而,宁可早一点扦插(如5月份),这样避免扦插生根的幼苗在温室中过冬。
Trials were carried out on 40 clones of 3-4 age, four age-class Larix Laricina clones, cuttings were taken on four dates from May to August, and the medium was cut with peat soil and vermiculite Mixture, filled in plastic bags, cuttings with hormones, intermittent spray, chopped cuttings recorded phenological characteristics. Three months later, the percentage of rooting cuttings, the percentage of cuttings with main roots (longer than 3 cm), the number of main roots per cut, the length of the longest root and the phenology of stems were investigated. An analysis of variance showed significant differences in clones, dates, and ages, and differences in interaction effects. The root heritability percentages indicated that the distribution of general heritability for each date ranged from 0.27 to 0.4; the rooting averaged 48-77% for four dates. The best rooted cuttings taken on July 22, the cuttings that year branches, the base has been lignified, buds began to expand. In actual production, the cuttage rooting is too late in July, and the seedling is poorly winters in the outdoors; therefore, it is better to cut the cuttings earlier (as in May) so as to avoid the cuttings rooting seedlings from overwintering in the greenhouse.
