1 病例介绍 例一,女,25岁。分娩后80天,因间断气喘五年,再发三天,于1991年11月20日晚来我院就诊。在急诊室给予病人静脉注射氨茶碱0.25g加50％葡萄糖40ml,当静注药液30ml时,病人突感不适,即停止注射。此时面色苍白、口唇发绀、呼之不应、脉搏测不到,听心律快、心音低,呼吸不规则,立即给氧气吸入,给地塞米松10mg静注等必要的抢救措施。经抢救无效于午夜12时10分呼吸、心跳停止,瞳孔散大固定,临床死亡。
