恩医科大学第二临床学院) 摘要目的:探讨血清白介素8(IL-8)、白介素10(IL-10)在支气管哮喘(BA)发病中的作用、变化规律及临床意义。方法:应用双抗夹心法检测了哮喘患者血清IL-8、IL-10水平。结果:哮喘发作期血清 IL-8水平明显高于缓解期及正常对照组( P<0. 05),发作期 IL-10水平明显低于正常对照组( P <0. 05),缓解期升至正常水平(P>0. 05)。结论:IL-8、IL-10参与了哮喘的发病,可作为临床诊断哮喘、评价哮喘严重程度及疗效的指标。
Second Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University) Abstract Objective: To investigate the role of serum interleukin 8 (IL-8) and interleukin-10 (IL-10) in the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma (BA) and their clinical significance. Methods: Serum levels of IL-8 and IL-10 in asthmatic patients were detected by double-antibody sandwich method. Results: The level of IL-8 in asthma attack group was significantly higher than that in remission and normal control group (P <0.05). IL-10 level in attack stage was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.05) To normal (P> 0.05). Conclusion: IL-8 and IL-10 are involved in the pathogenesis of asthma, which can be used as an index to diagnose asthma, evaluate the severity and efficacy of asthma.
