研究了丙交酯(LA)与乙交酯(GA)不同共聚比例的聚乳酸-乙醇酸(PLGA)纤维膜的表面形态、力学性能及体外降解性能,结果表明:PLGA具有较宽的降解可调性;随着GA比例的增加,纤维直径变小,断裂强度减小,断裂伸长率增大,降解速率增大;可以通过调节LA、GA比例调控支架材料的梯度降解性能,满足临床需求。
The morphology, mechanical properties and in vitro degradation properties of polylactic-co-glycolic acid (PLGA) membranes with different copolymerization ratios of lactide (LA) and glycolide (GA) were studied. The results showed that PLGA has a wide range of degradation With the increase of the ratio of GA, the fiber diameter becomes smaller, the breaking strength decreases, the elongation at break increases, and the degradation rate increases. The gradient degradation properties of scaffold materials can be adjusted by LA and GA ratio to meet the clinical needs .
