我院1982～1986年采用肾局部低温行肾实质切开取石治疗复杂性肾结石40例,效果很好,报道如下。 临床资料 男17例,女23例。年龄8～56,平均38.5岁。结石3～210颗,平均11.3颗。树枝鹿角状者9例,长椭圆形、三角状、玉米粒、绿豆粒大小的共31例。右肾16例、左肾24例,其中双肾结石者5例。上、中、下盏都有数量不等的结石。因结石并肾积水肾囊变的8例。均经手术取尽结石,保留了肾脏。
