现在是网络时代,互联网的应用,改变了人们的生活方式,现在很多时候都在网上进行交易,为客户提供了方便快捷,同时由于网络本身具有一定风险,如何保护用户的合法权利不受侵犯,这是互联网与法律工作者需要解决问题。本论文主要从互联网金融常见的法律风险种类、互联网金融法律当前面临的管控问题、对互联网金融法律风险的预防措施进行阐述互联网金融法律风险的思考,希望为研究互联网金融法律的专家与学者提供理论参考。
Now is the Internet age, the application of the Internet has changed people’s way of life, and now often in the online transactions, providing customers with convenient, because the network itself has a certain risk, how to protect the legitimate rights of users are not violated, This is the Internet and legal workers need to solve the problem. This dissertation mainly analyzes the legal risks of Internet finance from the types of legal risks commonly encountered in internet finance and the current regulatory issues in internet finance law. It also expounds the legal risks of Internet finance in the prevention of legal risks of internet finance, and hopes to provide the theory and theory for experts and scholars studying internet finance law reference.
