针对海绵城市在生态环境方面的要求,提出一种CO2排放量控制的优化模型。首先分析城市光伏发电与城市能源生产企业对CO2排放量的影响,然后考虑海绵城市光伏发电,建立CO2排放量控制优化模型,最后采用带精英策略的非支配排序遗传算法进行模型求解。实验结果表明,该方法能较好解决城市能源生产企业排碳量的控制问题,为我国城市建设提供决策依据。 In view of the eco-environmental requirements of the sponge city, an optimization model of CO2 emission control is proposed. First of all, it analyzes the influence of urban photovoltaic power generation and urban energy production enterprises on CO2 emissions, and then takes spontaneous city photovoltaic power generation into account to establish a CO2 emission control optimization model. Finally, a non-dominated ranking genetic algorithm with elite strategy is used to solve the model. The experimental results show that this method can better solve the control problem of carbon emission in urban energy production enterprises and provide the basis for decision-making of urban construction in China.
