目的:探讨改进手术室流程管理的方法,提高手术室工作效率。方法:通过将流程管理理论与手术室实践相结合,在手术室实施规范的流程化管理,评估流程化管理在手术室的实施效果。结果:通过实施流程化管理,手术室的工作效率得到了显著改善;患者、医护人员对手术室管理的满意度也有了显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:手术室实施流程化管理,有利于提高手术室的经济效益,提高工作质量和患者的满意度。
Objective: To explore ways to improve the operating room procedure management and to improve the operating room efficiency. Methods: Through the combination of process management theory and operating room practice, the implementation of standardized process management in the operating room to assess the implementation of the process management in the operating room. Results: Through the implementation of process management, operating room operating efficiency has been significantly improved; patients, health care workers to the operating room satisfaction has also been significantly improved (P <0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of process management in the operating room is conducive to improving the economic benefits of the operating room and improving the quality of work and patient satisfaction.
