转型背景下地方本科院校成人教育旅游管理专业教学改革是学校创新发展对其提出的新要求,是对普通高等教育的有效补充;是服务地方社会经济发展的内在需求;有利于助推应用型人才的培养。当前成人类高等教育在教育教育学存在着教育教学观念跟不上时代的步伐、人才培养与社会需求的不对等、实践教学体系不够完善等问题。转型背景下地方本科院校成人教育旅游管理专业教学改革要以转变教育教学理念为前提;以改进人才培养模式为核心;以“双师双能型”教师队伍建设为关键;以服务和引领地方经济社会发展为出发点和最终归宿;与此同时,要抓好创新创业教育,提升学生的创新创业能力。
