港口投融资的金融支持体系实质上是一个由投资者、融资者、金融中介机构等要素构成的复杂系统。基于生态系统的视角,港口的建设需求是推动港口投融资金融支持生态系统演化的外在动力,金融工具创新与过程创新是推动港口投融资金融支持生态系统演化的内在动力。只有实现工具创新和过程创新的良性互动,才能促进港口投融资金融支持生态系统的优化,并进而推动金融支持与港口建设的协调发展。
The financial support system of port investment and financing is essentially a complex system composed of investors, financiers and financial intermediaries. From the perspective of ecosystem, the demand for port construction is the external driving force to promote the financial support of the port by the port financing and financial support.
