长期卧床患者中,老年人占有相当高的比例。老年患者由于肛门括约肌松弛,大便控制功能发生障碍,并且因消化道疾病或药物副作用,很容易导致大便失禁。若反复擦洗肛周,导致皮肤炎性反应,易造成肛周皮肤红肿、破损、溃烂,促进压疮的发生,给患者带来极大的痛苦。应对这种情况,有一个可行有效的新方法:用女性经期的卫生用品-OB卫生棉条填堵肛门。此方法经临床应用,效果满意,现介绍给读者朋友们。
