通过工程建设实例,对长距离、大功率、大倾角带式输送机逆止器选型计算方法进行比较分析,提出了一种以下滑力计算为基础的输送机逆转条件判断新方法。阐述了各种选型方法的优缺点,结合工程实例对国内大型带式输送机逆止器的设计选型提供参考和建议。 Through the example of engineering construction, the comparison and analysis of the selection method of backstop for long distance, high power and large angle belt conveyors are presented. A new method to judge the condition of conveyor reversal based on the following sliding force calculation is proposed. The advantages and disadvantages of various selection methods are expounded, and the design and selection of backstop for large domestic belt conveyor are given with reference to engineering examples.
