智能电网的发展对故障录波器提出了新要求,为此参考DL/T 663—1999标准,总结了基于IEC 61850的数字化故障录波器的性能特点。依据数字化变电站整体系统试验过程中对数字化故障录波器的考核要求,对故障录波器的试验方法进行研究。针对数字化故障录波器性能测试搭建测试系统,结合相关标准和检测经验总结录波器全面测试的项目,重点分析了面向通用对象的变电站事件(generic objectoriented substation event,GOOSE)报文规范性检查、采样数据品质位标识异常试验、采样数据同步位标识异常试验、采样值解码检查、采样值同步检查、GOOSE事件分辨率检查、对时和守时精度测试、报文实时监测告警和记录检查、开关量变位检查等测试项目及其技术要求,对数字化故障录波器测试过程中存在的典型问题进行分析并给出解决措施。
The development of smart grid put forward new requirements for fault recorder. For this purpose, reference is made to DL / T 663-1999 standard to summarize the performance characteristics of digital fault recorder based on IEC 61850. According to the test requirements of digital fault recorder in the process of digital substation overall system test, the test method of fault recorder is studied. Aiming at the performance test of digital fault oscilloscope, a test system was set up to combine the related standards and test experiences to summarize the comprehensive test items of the oscilloscope. The focus was on the analysis of the Generic Object Oriented Substation Event (GOOSE) Sampling Data Quality Bit Anomaly Test Sampling Data Synchronization Bit Anomaly Test Sampling Decode Check Sampling Synchronization Sampling GOOSE Event Resolution Check Time and Punctuality Accuracy Real-time Message Monitoring Alarm and Record Checking Switch The amount of displacement check test items and their technical requirements, the digital fault recorder test process of the typical problems are analyzed and solutions are given.
