本文报道了奎屯地区60例砷氟中毒患者及111例单纯氟中毒患者的口腔疾病情况。单纯氟中毒患者中龋齿和牙周病患病率较低,而氟牙症的患病率较高。氟牙症和龋齿的病情呈反比关系。砷氟联合中毒患者中龋齿和牙周病的患病率较高,而氟牙症的患病率较低。 This article reports the oral diseases in 60 patients with arsenicosis and 111 patients with pure fluorosis in Kuitun area. In patients with simple fluorosis, the prevalence of dental caries and periodontal disease is lower, while the prevalence of dental fluorosis is higher. The relationship between dental fluorosis and dental caries is inversely proportional. The prevalence of dental caries and periodontal disease was higher in patients with arsenic and fluoride combined poisoning, while the prevalence of dental fluorosis was lower.
